Timothy Lawson
Timothy Lawson served five years in the United States Marine Corps, spending the majority of his career as a Marine Security Guard protecting U.S. embassies in Algeria, Russia, and Peru. Since leaving the Marine Corps, Tim has pursued a degree in broadcast journalism at American University in Washington, D.C. He is serving his first year as AU Vets President during his senior year.
Tim is the Founder of Lawson Entertainment and hosts four weekly podcasts – Tim and Derek Do What They Want, Tim and Brandon’s Bromantic Comedy, Fuel For Warriors and 1, 2, Many: Veteran Suicide. Tim’s former podcast, Veteran Empire, was nominated for a 2013 Podcast Award in the Culture and Arts category.

Michael Houle is a rising senior in the School of International Service and United States Marine Corps Staff Non-Commissioned Officer. Mr Houle is currently an intelligence professional serving in the Marine Corps Reserves and the private sector.

Matt Jukich
Matt Jukich served in the Army as an Infantry Sergeant and Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. Currently studying Physics at The American University’s College of Arts and Sciences, he works part-time for AU’s Veterans Services Office as well as interning at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.

Kayda Keleher
Kayda Keleher served five years in the United States Marine Corps as a combat correspondent, working as a print and broadcast journalist. She is currently a senior at American’s College of Arts and Sciences where she is studying psychology and public health.

Tom Morgan
Tom Morgan is a Cadet in the U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Corps at Georgetown University and studies International Relations and Military Science at American University. He will commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Spring of 2017.

Sergio Morales
Sergio Morales served eight years in the United States Navy as a culinary specialist onboard the USS Laboon, USNS Mercy, and Naval Hospital 29 Palms. He is currently a junior pursuing a degree in Environmental Science with a minor in Biology at American University in Washington, D.C.
