Mission Statement
An official chapter of Student Veterans of America (SVA), Veterans of American University is American University’s Student Veteran Organization serving the next generation of transitioning military personnel and their dependents. Our purpose is to provide resources and belonging by serving as a cohesive community, in which veterans, dependents, ROTC, and non-military people interact, bond, and discuss pertinent issues on professional and social levels.
